1.Why there is no reply message

Because the time difference is different, maybe the customer
service is off. When the customer service sees your message, they 
will reply you immediately

2.Is it suitable for my car?  

The time when the car is sold is different in each country, and the 
name may also be different. Please check carefully with the 
distinction on the detail page, or send a photo of the car control to 
the customer service, stating the car model, year and other 
information

3.Is its installation perfect?

After installation, it will be different from the original car. 
Depending on the car, some cars will have small noises or gaps, 
but they will not affect normal use. If you really mind, please buy 
carefully

4.How long is the warranty period?

From the moment you receive the goods, we provide 12 months 
of free repairs. If there is non-human damage, we will repair them 
for free. After 12 months, we will continue to provide repair 
services and will charge the cost of repairs.
